Raise Your Kundalini Easily…

The first question that begs to be answered is, what is kundalini? The definition of kundalini through Wikipedia states that it is: A Sanskrit word meaning literally “coiled”. In Indian yoga, a “corporeal energy”. A unconscious, instinctive or libidinal force envisioned as either a goddess or else a sleeping serpent coiled at the base of the spine. Hence a number of English renderings of the term such as “serpent power”.

Kundalini is considered a part of the subtle body along with the chakra’s (energy centers) and nadis (channels).

In Western religions we have been taught that serpents or snakes are bad or evil due to the Bible Story of the serpent convincing Eve to eat of the apple. However, this is misleading because reptilian energies are the primordial cosmic energies that we were created from. What the serpent offers is enlightenment to the higher truths or knowledge on a cosmic and galactic basis. This is not to be confused in any way with devil worship. It is simply higher knowledge, spiritual power and enlightenment when the kundalini is risen. Hence, this is why the medical profession uses the caduceus as its symbol.

In Eastern cultures it is understood that when the kundalini is risen it is the level when one attains enlightenment by the rising of the kundalini or Shakti. Wikipedia defines Shakit as: A Sanskrit word that means: “to be able”, meaning sacred force or empowerment, and it is the primordial cosmic energy which represents the dynamic forces that move through the entire universe. Shakti is the personification of the divine feminine creative power, sometimes referred to as the “Great Divine Mother” in Hinduism. On the Earth plane, Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and fertility, while also existing in males, in its potential unmanifested form.

Kundalini when risen in males occurs as the Yin/Yang becomes balanced as well as other spiritually, energetically driven techniques which will be discussed further in this discussion. In Christian or western thought, kundalini can be understood as the pinnacle one reaches when the Bride marries the Bridegroom, who is our Creator, God or Father. So the kundalini can be interpreted as the Holy Spirit, or the Skekhinah as the Divine Feminine Force with Father God representing the Divine Masculine. In Hinduism, this would be understood as when the Shakti or Bride meets the Supreme Being, Lord Shiva.

The kundalini is known to be coiled in the root chakra which lies at the base of your torso. As you energetically cleanse your Electromagnetic Body, balance your Emotional and Mental Bodies, removing all traumas, karma, blocks, repair and build the many sub-systems that exist on a spiritual basis, the kundalini will automatically rise through all of your seven main chakras until it comes to rest at the crown chakra. Then suddenly the Light goes on that was buried underneath layers of darkness. It will appear to you almost like you had been wearing a hat blocking the light for eternity before awakening. This is where and when the Bride meets the Bridegroom.

It is said that once you achieve this pinnacle that you not only achieve enlightenment but also experience bliss, joy, peace and nirvana. This is why many spiritually enlightened people always seem to be pleasant and joyful despite whatever challenges are occurring in their own lives. So the rising of the kundalini is something to greatly desire and strive for in order to live a life filled with peace, joy, love, enlightenment and merger with our Creator.

The Holy Spirit, Skekhinah, Shakti, and The Goddess are all names of The Divine Feminine. She is the power behind everything that is seen or unseen along with The Father, The Great Creator, and the Lord Jesus Christ. As the kundalini awakens and rises, all your chakras are purified, cleansed, and activated. Blockages will be removed, emotions such as anger or fear may surface briefly to be released. In Eastern cultures it is a most common practice that one is devoted to their spiritual studies with a Spiritual Master or Guru where they learn to raise the kundalini for their spiritual awakening of inner knowledge. These studies lead the student to discern for themselves what must be repaired, cleared or resolved in order for the kundalini to rise to its pinnacle through their studies as they grow into their own spiritual masterhood.

Like all forms of energy, one must learn to understand spiritual energy in order to successfully integrate this spiritual energy. Great care must be taken in the process of the purification and strengthening of the spiritual bodies which include the Electromagnetic Body, The Mental Body, Emotional Body and Physical Body and their sub-systems. This is a necessary requirement before trying to raise the kundalini. As trying to force the rising of the kundalini can result in serious consequences such as mental illness. This should not be attempted without the spiritual guidance of a Spiritual Master as there is a proper sequence in higher learning that is required. This is because each sequential lesson is also a step-up in frequency or vibration. You do not want to become fried in the process of achieving enlightenment or being healed of your afflictions.

However, the payoff is huge not only for your Soul in storing up treasure in Heaven if not on Earth, but also in joy, bliss, peace and spiritual enlightenment. The rising of the kundalini is highly worthy of attainment because each person will experience the marriage of the Bride and Bridegroom when the rising of the kundalini takes place. There is no greater treasure than for this marriage to occur for each given soul. The rising of the kundalini will greatly assist each and everyone of you into making the shift in 2012.
